Artist's commentary
Airi-chan cherises your penis
So you can write 'cherish' with the character for 'love', huh. (I didn't know this)
I wanna be cherished...
The character for love in Japanese, 愛, is used in Airi's name. It can also be used in the word for 'to cherish', 愛でる, but presumably the artist has been writing that word with hiragana instead of kanji, like めでる, hence the first line of the description. It also makes the title a bit of a pun, as the same character is used twice.
