Soap: Kyubey 8318 and 8371 are captured, repeat, Kyubeys are captured, targets were attempting to enter Comiket. We got them though
Baseplate: Good work, extraction is on it's way, stay tight, and try not to scare the Comiket goers

Don't RPGs need a minimum distance to arm the warhead? Or am I thinking of a different weapon system?

After the nuclear weapon that went off in the first game, I wouldn't be supraised if a few hawks within the government pushed for a formal army as oppose to a Self-Defense Force due to sky-rocketing tensions that weren't seen since the world wars. Admittance into Task Force 141 would be a logical step.

You must be thinking of something else. RPG-7 is such a simple weapon, I think it just goes on impact regardless of distance.

They have an arming pin on the nose, but more or less this. They just need to hit something solid enough to drive the strike pin on the nose into the charge in the body and then BOOM.
