I don't get it, how do you play?

From the other version of this that's been uploaded:

Controls are:
z or b - special
x or n - attack (hold to charge)
c or m - jump
mouse click and hold in direction or arrow keys - move.

Homura - Special: Time Stop
Attack: Pipe Bomb. Charging increases damage, blast radius, and push back. 2 levels of charging up.

Madoka - Special: 3 spread arrow for attack
Attack: Arrow. Charging increases damage and arrow size. 3 levels of charging up.

Mami - Special: Increases damage of attack and shot size.
Attack: Gun. Charging increases number of guns, +2 per charge. 2 levels of charging up.

And since Kyouko is in this version:

Kyouko - Special: Shield
Attack: Spear. A shockwave shoots out for a short distance. Charging increases shockwave range. 2 levels of charging up.
