I'd say this image is on the same level as any other accepted image of this author. Don't see the point in deleting this image.

I think this one is of particularly low quality, too. Among this artist's other drawings, that is.

Judging art quality can be subjective, and images like this can be said to be right at the border of acceptable and unacceptable. Let's leave it to the moderators to judge.

Something can have an original style and still be poorly drawn. These aren't mutually exclusive.

The only major problem I see is that awkward nose position. Otherwise, it looks okay.
