Mimic Girl
I tried doing a mimic girl for a "quickly make an original character" theme.
She has a boyish appearance mixed with a pessimistic mood.
When there comes a person who looks like they'll open the treasure, she becomes nervous and unintentionally acts depressed.
She doesn't look as good as the other mimics because of her belief that "They're just going to attack me because I'm an evil mimic!" The box is worn-out. And she moves slowly.
You won't get much EXP and gold from defeating her. Too bad. But she's never been defeated, because she's never been opened.
Every day, she imagines being opened and then saying gleefully "You thought there would be treasure? Too bad! It was just a mimic!", but then the adventurer is unamused.
So a few seconds later she's weeping as the lid closes.
Today, as always, she is ignored in a corner of the dungeon, sobbing to herself, "Why... why am I so useless?"
...something like that.
