Cell is one of the main villains of the Dragon Ball franchise. He was first introduced in Dragon Ball Z as the main antagonist of the Android/Cell Saga.
An android created by Dr. Gero from the DNA samples of Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, and Piccolo. First appearing in his Imperfect form, he set about absorbing Androids 17 and 18, first absorbing the former to achieve his Semi-Perfect form, and then the latter for his Perfect form. Afterward, he establishes the Cell Games and challenges everyone on Earth to defeat him.
