Custom Maid 3D (CM3D) is a CG adult game developed by KISS and released on January 28, 2011. Predecessor to Custom Maid 3D 2 (CM3D2) and Custom Order Maid 3D2 (COM3D2).

The game featured a large character creation setup to let players create maids that they would train and have sex with. Features a mode allowing one to setup a stage and position characters as one would like. This mode, along with various mods, allowed the game to serve as a platform for people to create CG images of characters in various poses and setups.
