elnina (deltarune)

One of two weather-themed Darkner characters (the other being Lanino) that appear in Chapter 3 of Deltarune. She is a blue skinned humanoid with curly white cloud hair who wears a blue and yellow dress resembling an umbrella and yellow boots.
