kitasan black (umamusume)
キタサンブラック(ウマ娘) キタサンブラック キタサト 北黑 北部玄驹
Character from Umamusume, voiced by Yano Hinaki.
A cheerful and energetic girl who innocently takes up any challenges. She looks up to Tokai Teio and idolizes her. Her general motif is based on Japanese festivals. In the anime, she was a supporting character during Season 2. She would later become the protagonist of Season 3 and a member of Team Spica.
The original horse's name wasn't named because he had a black or brown coat (he was a simple bay) but because he is named after his sire, Black Tide, an older full brother to the much more successful Deep Impact.
She is most infamous for her SSR Support Speed card. (See post #9671126.) Given how early in the game's lifespan it was released, it was one of the best cards in the game and stayed that way for very long, thanks to her massive Specialty Priority rating at higher levels.
