Lhutel the Headless is a spirit ash in Elden Ring. She is a Mausoleum Knight, and like all of them, has been decapitated. She wears the dark grey Mausoleum knight armor, carries a great shield and a lance. She pokes with, or throws, her spear. Her weapon is enchanted with the Deathblight, but the effect is useless against most enemies.
With the ability to teleport, she is very agile and good at staying alive, but not so good at holding enemy aggro. Each time she fades away, it resets the enemy's target back to the Tarnished.
