Translated roughly as, "Do prepare yourself," this is a phrase used by the Cures in Go! Princess Precure prior to them defeating a Zetsuborg. The Cures state this phrase while showing their hand and curling the ring and pinky fingers, and keeping the index and middle fingers extended.
