The sixth main installment of the Ryuu Ga Gotoku series.

It is the prequel to the entire Ryuu Ga Gotoku series and it is set in the Japan's bubble economy during 1988.

It features Kiryu Kazuma and Majima Goro as playable protagonists as they get involved in a power struggle over a piece of land.
