sleeve tied shut
This tag indicates one or both of a character's sleeves (usually of their shirt) have been tied shut with a knot at the end. This is often done to indicate that a character is an amputee, and might prevent the empty sleeve from flopping around. It could also be the result of a prank or bullying. If one sleeve is tied to the other, instead use sleeves tied together.
