Can't be helped. They were outgunned from the start. If you want to go by levels, Flandre and Koishi are both Extra Stage bosses, but Remilia is a Stage 6 boss vs. Satori's Stage 4.

Even if you ignore levels, Koishi herself admits that Satori is a crappy fighter. Reading minds is worthless if you're so outclassed that you can't do anything with what you learn. Doesn't help that Koishi and Satori don't strike me as physical powerhouses (I've never heard of any stories with satori youkai that were physically strong outside of Koishi's Heart-Throbbing Adventure), not compared to two formidable vampires anyway.
