The furthest I could trace it back was to this page (and be careful if you try to dig around further; it's very popularly posted in guro collections). From what little Google Translate can dig out of the moonrunes it still doesn't seem to be the source, though the images have the same MD5 hash. This seems to be some kind of comment thread on the image, but it looks like just the usual drooling and worship.
That said, even digging through all sorts of collections, it doesn't ever seem to be posted with companion pages.
