Water Carrier Oni is Abyssal!Shoukaku, she's the boss of the region where Shoukaku was sunk, and has a design that has clear parallels, down to the "headband".

Yuureidoushi also portrays Shoukaku as an 'ara-ara girl'.

I love the version where she looks sadistic/trollish towards Abyssal!Kaga
