This is tagged futanari on pixiv. Should it be tagged 'futanari' or 'implied futanari' here?
I put futanari because from what I understand "tag what you see" is intended only for things that are not explicitly stated in source. Personally, a dick is a dick and it means male, but if the artist wants to call it futa then it is tagged as such. A more knowledgeable member should correct me if I am wrong, please.
Apparently implied_futanari only cares about whether the picture looks like it could be futa but that's very subjective, this picture could go either way. The source tags really should have the final say when it isn't clear from the picture alone.
