this seems to be happening more and more... i know the file sizes are slightly different.... but i can detect no visual differences in this and the first one that was posted... they both link to the exact same pixiv.... is someone downloading and uploading instead of letting booru pull it over, or what is the issue?

It's a md5 mismatch. Meaning the artist changed something on it.
