Considering what and_dokari has done with the other destroyers, I am pretty confident that they will turn out fine.
There were seasonal CG for Raiden a year ago where they wore kimono. Even the damaged art had little more than a singed hem. If that's anything to go by, they'll be the ships that show the least skin in the whole game.
