As a gold-level user, you can create saved searches.
The easiest would probably be to just click the artist tag/do a search on the artist, then hit the "+" button next to the search, and choose "save search".
It updates once per day, and will show the ten latest images in a search group on your user page.
Due to Parari's poor health, the serialization is being put on hold, and volume 2 of the tankoubon is being delayed. They're aiming to both restart serialization and release volume 2 in summer.
