"Bad faces" is a joke reason. For bodies, the pose of Saber Alter is doable, but I don't know about Nero, for her left thighs is a bit in the odd position.

If 'bad faces' were a flagging reason we would literally have to delete everything that isn't tagged "realistic" or, 1/2 of the stuff in the "expert shading" pool. That's just how anime faces are.

In this case Nero's right eye is bigger than the left, which shouldn't be the case because of distance to the camera and the expression she's making but, it's not at all a big deal. Just a small error.
The body though is a bit worse off.
Her boobs are doing the same thing, right and left aren't in the same plane but, even worse, it's like they're from different poses. The pelvis is completely disconnected from the torso though, which even has an extra line on the back the artist forgot to delete.

I'd keep it if i were a mod but, then again, i'm much more lenient with anime designs because they're almost all hobby drawings and, being unrealistic and exaggerated is sometimes the design choice. Case in point.
