Normally you don't pay much attention to the various things the artist draws, especially when the main depiction seems to be the Scarlet Sisters, in bunny suits, sitting in glitter and glamour, enjoying a glass of wine(?).

But take a look at the cards on the table: Remilia has a Royal Flush and Flandre a Four of a Kind with fours. It put a smile on my face this little detail of artistic touch.

Just to explain to our non-poker-playing danboorians: Royal Flush is the highest possible hand and Four of a Kind the second highest hand. (If played without jokers).

And to explain to our non-touhou-playing danboorians, Remilia is a princess- thus Royal Flush, and Flandre can duplicate into 4 separate bodies with her spellcard "Four of a Kind".
