The dark-haired girl on the right in panel 1 definitely isn't from Onii-chan wa Oshimai - the only pages of that comic where anyone had braids were when Mahiro was trying them out for herself.

It seems completely unrelated (it's a manga about Comiket manners after all), but Nekotoufu might've tossed Mihari (and Mahiro on the previous page) in here just for the heck of it anyways.
