We have wrong_hand for "two right hands". And it's more of an error than a bad anatomy, in my opinion.

If you had looked closely, you'll see the sword is held in a left hand. The thumb curls over the visible side of the grip and you can see some fingers separately coming around from the opposite side.
So there's no bad anatomy.
As for the sword have you never seen a falx, a falcata or a kopis? Some swords have forward angled curving blades to add a scything effect to the cut, increasing cut effectiveness.
If I were you I'd try and pay attention to the actual piece next time you decide to comment on perceived mistakes. You must be so embarrassed.
