She talks and looks like a delinquent. And glares at people and has a tendency to fly off the handle. So, even the people who know her well will feel intimidated when Shakur snaps at them. Other than Tachyon and Fine; these two will tease Shakur instead.

Her real-life counterpart also had a notoriously bad temper; stablehands and assistant trainers would draw lots to see who get saddled with the job of taking care of him for the day, and Yutaka also mentioned "he was difficult to ride" and that he would "like to crack open Shakur's head to see what's inside".
