    Luxy is just chillin in a mall noticed Chesshire and wanted the opportunity to draw or might confront her(perhaps) until two brats yelling and fighting in public places and the cookie nibbler doesn't want that in her territory.. so she fire the love arrow~

    It's a fetish comic, so it doesn't really make any narrative sense. The protagonist (?) completely rewrites two people's personalities for very briefly annoying her, and evidently forces them into a romantic relationship along the way. That's really a pretty awful thing to do, with the only mitigating factor being that it's completely removed from anything that's actually possible.
