I would assume they could have been put as part of a set, as the commentary suggests, but I don't know how.
Being in the same twitter post doesn't make them a set. An image can't be parented to multiple parents, and it makes the most sense to parent them to the other versions of themselves than to each other just because they were part of the same tweet.
