It is. And there is no Nitocris anywhere in this picture, let alone the brand new Alter one. Especially since this is clearly a Summer themed picture. I removed the tag.
I like when people thinks that Mysterious Heroine X and Mysterious Heroine XX are identically the same to use tags for when they're entirely different character, though knowingly X is the younger self of XX whereas XX is the older self of X.
