the prompter has "SD(Stable Diffusion)+Photoshop" in bio so no detective work needed. Though I'm not much of a fan of the premise of ai-assisted as a tag. It's more like 'human-assisted'.

I'd argue he (artist) doesnt even do anything himself. Looking at his other pictures, the usual AI inconsistencies one who claims to be AI assisted would fix, are not fixed. The artstyle is not consistent either.
This might be a good AI picture but calling this only AI-assisted is dishonest.
