It's probably a combination of Yuyuko and Youmu not having a direct connection to the Hakurei Shrine and, because Yuyuko is not Yukarin's servant, she didn't just want to barge in and ask her friend to come deal with some trifling interlopers. Besides, it would be kind of overkill, since Yukari and Suika could probably already deal with the entire SDM by their lonesome if they went full force, and with EX Keine it just kind of becomes foul play. Yukari isn't fucking around here.
