Not exactly banned, but Guro in a very high quality (e.g. well drawn internal organs, grotesque, feces) is not allowed.

And beside it's just blood and a spare arm, it won't offense someone else other than people that has phobia on blood.

It is the very extreme and graphical things that are banned. Exaggerated blood losses, cleaving people in twain, disembowelments and the like. There is quite a lot of blood here, but apparently not enough to qualify, and a severed arm is quite tame.
