I think it's just children with higher spiritual energy than normal.

From a "lore" stand point, yes. They are awaiting the return of someone to call their ruler so they'd probably default to their previous 'king' if available. From a "meta" standpoint however, that would never happen because these girls are created to be fetishized and be paired with a man.

the khepri can see a pharaoh as a leader or change a woman into a succubus queen who can be stronger as lilim but in that case they await that her queen fill their kingdom with man so that every khepri get a husband/partner.

The settings material available on monster girl unlimited explains that such monsters can eat normal food, it is just far less efficient/nutritious for them.

The settings states incubi don't usually take a sexual interest in human women as they aren't able to satisfy their sexual urges. However, if it does happen (say the incubus's wife wants a threesome) then the woman will be transformed into whatever type of monster girl the incubus has had sex with the most (if he has more than one wife).

These things just keep getting better and better.

well if a incubus has no human wife i guess he choose a monstergirl as partner but for these who have one it´s hard to believe that he leave her after the transformation. even when man become incubus and woman monstergirls memories from their lifes as humans will not disappear and feelings won´t change so easy.

Should i go to the nearest Desert,and get ravished...or end up in the squishy flesh bedroom of a gigantic Sandworm...Decision decisions.
