From Kongou? Seems unlikely. After all, she went to the trouble of making the sign, presumably that's a fairly reliable indicator that this is in fact both the time and the place. :)
I beg for forgivness, it's just position of her right hand that arouse my suspicions... Hm, maybe it's just a polite warning that only a simple hug will be really for free :)
