Speaking as a translator, seeing that someone has already filled in the notes by copying the hard translation only makes me skip the image. I'm not even going to bother checking whether it's correct.

What's the (supposed) pun in the spellcard name? All I can think of is 月夜→腋, but nothing more than that.

That's the first part.
Breaking down "月夜花姿身":
月夜→腋 ("moon" and "night" kanji, crammed together, resemble the kanji for "armpit")
花 = flower, read "hana"
姿 = shape, read "sugata" or "shi"
身 = body, read "mi"

"hana shi mi" is a homophone for "離し見" (roughly, "letting it show").

I wouldn't have gotten this pun if a local native Japanese speaker hadn't pointed it out; he agrees it's kinda obscure.
