I don't know who told you this, but it is completely wrong. With few exceptions, we tag posts based solely on what we see in the images themselves. Pixiv tags and commentary are largely irrelevant. If there is romantic or sexual contact plainly visible between women, we tag it yuri whether the artist calls it yuri or not.
